And a PS to you, Miss Terry- Not only are you lovely the way you are; I want to know what you are doing going to Sluthouse or whatever it was play. Did you also see the Vagina Chronicles? Now, my confession – I want to see Meryl Streep in “It’s Complicated.” I saw “Precious” last week and found it to be dark, painful images of abuse and cruelty that not only were hard to see but dragged up some old memories. Its not that I don’t like psychological stories and Precious did leave a glimmer of hope but this time of year, I want to be happy!

Oh yeah, Kristine, I agree. If we could sell all the time wasted on worrying about how we look, we’d all be rich! Recently I stopped worrying and let my personality shine through. what fun! Even the man who turned me down for a job a couple of weeks ago couldn’t resist reaching out to touch arm as we talked. The thing is, I might be a chunky dunk but I love people and when I let that show, nothing else matters!

You can be TOO THIN, this is gross!! This people have a illness. Sad.

I think the most beautiful people are the ones who are comfortable in there skin, regardless of size /shape and imperfections.

It is a psychiatric or mental illness called Anorexia Nervosa and needs to treated as such. It is compulsive eating disorder related to self image. Sad, but true. We humans are a sad lot aren’t we…I only eat one meal a day and still gain weight. Go figure! I thought the last great ice cream invented was Premium Philadelphia style chocolate…

My son’s cat had a similar problem except he was vomiting –appeared that a gift plant had poisonous leaves on it. When he emerged to say hello on Thanksgiving, he was rather subdued and didn’t look for table scraps. Poor Felix! Poor Abe. Would have shocked you if something from his deposits glared up at you and snarled, “Just passing through!” eh?

I see nothing attractive about being so thin; it’s unhealthy. Teri Hatcher was wearing jeans that showed her very long legs that are so terribly thin. What is this all about? Are we going back to Twiggy days? I want to lose weight and will be able to start walking again once my knee pain is gone. I am 4′11″ and weighed 80 lbs. when I got married; my best weight for looking good was 110 – it would be nice to get back to that. Good luck, T.
